The corporate banking team comprises individuals having strong corporate banking experience as well as an in-depth knowledge of business/industries and the macroeconomic environment. The corporate banking team conducts a comprehensive analysis of all potential accounts/transactions which covers the following:

  • Analysis of Structure of the Transaction
  • Security Analysis
  • Review and analysis of historic financial statements
  • Analysis of financial projections
  • In-depth analysis of the industry/sector/company/competitors etc.
  • Risk Analysis; preparation of Internal Credit Scoring model and Facility Rating Model

Syndicate Participations

This materializes either through participation in transactions initiated by any bank/financial institution in the market or in a transaction originated by PBICL’s investment banking department. Participation in a syndicate includes participation in a new transaction as well as any sell down by the Syndicate Agent of an existing facility.
