A small ceremony was held at Popular Cement in Nooriabad to mark the commissioning of the cement plant which was inaugurated by Ms. Ayesha Aziz, Managing Director of Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited (PBICL). Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Aziz explained the importance of reviving viable assets that were in operational for more than a decade despite superb location, and strong sector dynamics such as Popular Group.
To make such revivals successful, Pak Brunei partnered with long-term investors with a commitment to value generation and strong credit history.
